This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Firehorse App, the Firehorse Inspections mobile app or the Website. It is part of the Firehorse Terms of Service and the Mobile App End User Terms.

You may not, and may not cause or permit others to:

1. use the Firehorse App or Website to harass any person; cause damage or injury to any person or property; publish any material that is false, defamatory, harassing or obscene; violate privacy rights; promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm; send unsolicited bulk email, junk mail, spam or chain letters; infringe intellectual or other property rights; sell, manufacture, market or distribute any product or service in violation of applicable laws; or otherwise violate applicable laws, ordinances or regulations;

2. perform or disclose any benchmarking or availability testing of the Firehorse Platform, except as permitted in the Service Specifications;

3. perform or disclose any performance or vulnerability testing of the Firehorse App or Website without Firehorse’s prior written approval, except as permitted in the Service Specifications, or perform or disclose network discovery, port and service identification, vulnerability scanning, password cracking or remote access testing of the Firehorse App or Website;

4. use the Firehorse App or Website to perform cyber currency or cryptocurrency mining;

5. record a conversation with another person without any consent the law requires;

6. use the Firehorse App to capture images or recordings of people for purposes unrelated to the inspection or other authorized task;

7. share your credentials or let anyone else use your account;

8. use the Firehorse App from a device that has been jailbroken, rooted or otherwise modified to bypass its security controls;

9. try to get around restrictions applied by Firehorse or by your organization’s device management software; or

10. upload information the Customer has not authorized you to use in the Firehorse App.

Firehorse may take remedial action if this policy is violated, including removing or disabling access to material that violates it, or suspending the account involved.
