Delete your Firehorse Inspections account. Your account is managed by the organization that gave you access. The fastest way to delete your account is to ask that organization’s administrator. You can also email privacy@firehorseagent.com from your work email address with the subject “Account deletion” and include your name and employer. We will confirm the request with your organization and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted. Your sign-in account and profile are deleted. Inspection records you created belong to your organization, which may need to keep them for business or regulatory reasons. We will delete or keep those records as your organization instructs.

Other requests about Platform data. Requests to access or correct information go to your organization’s administrator, or to privacy@firehorseagent.com. We will forward them to your organization.

Requests under state privacy laws. To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email privacy@firehorseagent.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Marketing information. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To ask us to delete your marketing information, email privacy@firehorseagent.com with the subject “Delete marketing data,” or use this form.
