Hoch Cho

Hoch Cho is the Founder and CEO of Firehorse. He has worked across real estate, finance, and technology investing for decades. Before Firehorse he was chief investment officer at Prime Data Centers, where he led the strategy for acquiring land with available power. Earlier he co-founded Forum Partners, a real estate private equity firm that grew to more than $2.5 billion across Europe and Asia. Through Greenlaw International he led the financing round that allowed Mitek Systems to commercialize mobile check deposit, which gave him deep experience with OCR. His background is in English and Latin literature and philosophy. He writes here on Firehorse vision, strategy, and how we're modernizing workflows for CRE loan servicing and inspections teams.
